ZSY500-63-2 Non-Standard Hardened Gearbox for Steel Mills

The ZSY500 hard-tooth surface reducer features cylindrical shaft extensions for both output and input shafts, with an HT200 cast iron housing. Based on customer site requirements, modifications can be made to the shaft types, such as H-key shaft extensions or C-type gear shaft extensions. The cast iron housing can be processed into a welded steel plate housing, and auxiliary transmission devices can be added. Non-standard processed reducers offer greater load capacity, higher output torque, and flexible, convenient installation to meet the needs of the main power shaft.

The ZSY500-63-2 hard-tooth surface gearbox has a transmission ratio of 63, an assembly type of 2, and a final stage center distance of 500. The product is optimized in design with precise parameters. The gears are made from 20CrMnMo high-strength forgings, undergo 48 hours of carburizing, and are processed with forming gear grinding to achieve a precision level of 6 or higher and a hardness of 62 HRC. The shaft heads are annealed to ensure toughness and prevent breakage.

The ZSY500 gearbox uses high-quality bearings and imported oil seals, with strict quality inspections. The housing undergoes vacuum leak testing, while the gears are inspected for flaws and hardness. After assembly, the entire machine undergoes trial runs to ensure noise and vibration remain within acceptable low limits.
